Everyone in Merrimac knew my father because he was the postmaster of this community for most of his life. This RAS exhibit not only displays selections of his folk art but also shows another side of the man who spent his entire life no more than 2 miles from the house where he was born. This exhibit is but a glimpse of man who spent his life protecting the land, preserving its rich history and how much he cared for the wildlife and the people that called it home.
